1. Acceptance

By using the SoLea Kids app or website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

SoLea Kids is a tool for families and educators to encourage positive habits in children. It is provided "as is", and we may add, change or remove features over time.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm you are an adult (parent, guardian or educator) authorised to enter the information you provide.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and any PIN secure.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access others' data, or upload unlawful content.

4. Children's information

You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to enter a child's information and to share it. You must only share status views with people you trust.

5. Donations

Any donation made through the app is voluntary, processed by PayPal, and non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoLea Kids is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
